Job Responsibilities

1. Report to Site Security Operation Lead.
2. Support the superior on daily security operations matters.
3. Assist with Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Security Post Orders.
4. Support the Local Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plan.
5. Assist the Business Continuity Crisis Management Team (CMT) during crises and participate in annual exercises.
6. Support Fire ERP Security information updates and participate in Fire Tabletop and Drill sessions semi-annually.
7. Monitor, review, and ensure the performance of daily security route patrols, CCTV system health, and base-built security measures.
8. Oversee Customers’ CCTV Live monitoring, 24-hour operations, and 90-day data retention.
9. Manage daily handling of security-related portal requests, follow-ups, re-assignments to relevant departments, approvals, and closure of Work Orders.
10. Oversee termination of permanent badge profiles and daily closure of expired visitor profiles.
11. Track system failure rectifications, STAT responses, and follow-up actions by IT.
12. Review and approve portal system Daily Security Checks and Incident Reports via ServiceNow.
13. Coordinate and manage security vendors, ensuring security PPM is properly planned, scheduled, and executed smoothly throughout the PPM period.
14. Supervise security system replacement and repair works, including vetting through RA, MOS, and worker lists.
