Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
  2. Ensure administrative processes in the FMS / CMMS are completed on time.
  3. Assist in tracking and analysing operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
  4. Support exploration and implementation of projects related to digitization of building operations.
  5. Assist in planning and management of daily operations as assigned by Reporting Manager.
  6. Manage A&A, Facility Renewal and improvements projects as assigned.
  7. Manage vendors and contractors to carry out Corrective Works.

Qualifications

  1. Relevant Bachelor degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.

Years of Experience
• Minimum 7 years of Facilities Management or related experience.

Knowledge / Skills (preferred)

  1. Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
  2. Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
  3. Attended/ Certified Project Manager
  4. Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
  5. Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems
  6. Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
  7. Competent in MS Office applications
