IT Executive- Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT}

- Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Salary is $4,000 - $5,000 + VB+ 14 Days AL + $500 Medical Claim
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in an IT Admin or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and digital document control systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend and document meetings, capturing key points, action items, and follow-ups.
- Assist the Senior IT Manager in organizing day-to-day activities and project coordination.
- Maintain and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) content to ensure accuracy and readiness for integration.
- Monitor, track, and manage service request tickets from internal stakeholders or end users.
- Assign service requests to the appropriate team members or departments based on the nature of the request.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure with clear communication to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Understands the end-to-end construction procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, quotation comparison, deliveries and invoicing.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, drawings, and technical documents.
- Liaise effectively across departments, including IT, project management, and procurement.
