Job description

Qualifications:

• Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Computer Science, etc.)
• Candidate with 2-5 years of related working experience is required.
• Experience with Cisco & Aruba networking products is essential.
• Knowledge of switching, routing, wireless, and firewalls is preferred; NAC experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle user issues independently and provide effective resolutions.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in switching and wireless on the specified networking products.
• Experience in managing support tickets, providing timely updates to users and stakeholders, and ensuring issues are resolved or escalated within SLAs.
• Strong interest and passion for learning and growth in the networking field.
• Customer-oriented with clear and concise communication skills.
• Willingness to perform after-hours activities and standby duties as required.
• Experience supporting telecom clients and working in a data center environment is highly advantageous.
• Relevant certifications are optional.
