Responsibilities:

• Develop, establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

• Monitor and follow up with customers weekly to resolve discrepancies in inbound and outbound goods.

• Ensure accurate processing of order shipments based on customer and/or management instructions.

• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory movements.

• Perform, monitor, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy in inventory management, including cycle counts and both inbound and outbound processes, physically and in the system.

• Be capable of handling physical tasks in the warehouse.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the warehouse manager.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of working experience as warehouse customer services

• Experience with warehouse operations

• Experience with WMS / SAP and MS Office
