Job Description

This position requires collaboration across R&D, design, QA, and global teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.

Be a results-driven Senior EMS Product Manager to lead global product strategy, development, and market expansion for cutting-edge Energy Management Systems (EMS).

Blend deep technical expertise in EMS/renewable energy with a strategic mindset to drive innovation from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning & Management

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for EMS products, including strategy definition, feature design, and roadmap execution.

• Develop competitive strategies, business models, and technical roadmaps to align with market demands and company goals.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MSMS, energy, electronics manufacturing). Collaborate with R&D, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.

• Analyze market opportunities and propose product innovations to capture growth in EMS and renewable energy sectors.

• Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and prioritize features based on ROI.

Customer Solutions & Technical Support

• Design tailored EMS solutions for global clients, addressing technical and business requirements.

• Provide technical guidance to sales teams and clients, including demos, documentation, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine solutions based on customer feedback.

Construction of operational mechanism

• Mining user needs through data analysis, optimizing product functionality and user experience.

• Regularly analyze product operation data, propose improvement plans, and promote continuous product optimization.

Project Management and Team Collaboration

• Coordinate internal resources of the company to promote efficient product development, design, testing, and deployment throughout the entire process.

• Participate in product development project review work, assist in resolving technical issues in the project, and guide team members to enhance overall team capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications

1) Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.

• 10+ years in EMS/product management (renewables/battery storage preferred).

• Have experience in product planning and evolution from 0 to 1, with successful product launch experience.

2) Technical Skills

• Proficiency in product design tools (e.g., Axure, MindManager) and data analysis platforms.

• Strong understanding of EMS architecture, energy management systems, and IoT-enabled solutions.

3) Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize demands, and deliver under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
