• UP $5000 Basic + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, develop good understanding of clients’ business and their financing needs, business objectives, and market dynamics to provide tailored solutions
• Source and identify new opportunities within SME segment, including prospect and lead generation
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions in accordance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines
• Manage portfolio of SME loan accounts and monitor loan performance, repayment behavior and compliance with loan agreements
• Provide financial advisory to SME clients, offering insights and recommendations on business growth strategies, cash flow management, and capital allocation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking/SME Lending/Relationship Management
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Singaporeans only
