Job description

Basic information:

• Salary UP $5200 + AWS + VB + OT

• Working hours: 5.5 Alt Days Work Week, Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Alt Saturday)

• Location: Kallang

Job Scope:

• Support all M&E site activities, including preparing and interpreting specifications, drawings, regulations, and engineering calculations for M&E services, systems, and installations.

• Monitor and report on work progress to the Project Manager.

• Ensure proper coordination of site progress and installation quality according to approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions, and Equipment/Material Procurement, Fabrication, and Delivery Schedule for the timely completion of the project.

• Oversee daily site activities of contractors.

• Perform testing and commissioning of M&E works.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
