  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Assign tasks and set goals to ensure departmental efficiency.

Office Operations & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems.
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and manage the administrative department's budget.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll and other financial transactions.

Record Keeping & Compliance

  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other office events.
