A leading company in property management is seeking a dedicated professional to act as the main liaison between homeowners and management. The role involves coordinating the handover of completed units, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Real Estate or a related field, with a strong service mindset and excellent communication skills.
Act as the main liaison between the company, homeowners, Management Corporations (MCST), and Managing Agents.
Coordinate and manage the seamless handover of completed residential units to purchasers.
Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners by addressing feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with project management teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of rectification or defect works.
Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), the Land Titles (Strata) Act (LTSA), and other relevant regulations.
Represent the developer’s interests during estate management meetings and ensure all obligations under the Sale & Purchase Agreement are fulfilled.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and customer care strategies to enhance the overall homeowner experience.
A degree in Real Estate, Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
2 years of relevant experience in strata-titled residential property management or customer relations in real estate is preferred.
Strong knowledge of BMSMA, LTSA, and regulatory frameworks affecting strata developments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong follow-through capabilities.
