Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the company, homeowners, Management Corporations (MCST), and Managing Agents.

  • Coordinate and manage the seamless handover of completed residential units to purchasers.

  • Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners by addressing feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with project management teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of rectification or defect works.

  • Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), the Land Titles (Strata) Act (LTSA), and other relevant regulations.

  • Represent the developer’s interests during estate management meetings and ensure all obligations under the Sale & Purchase Agreement are fulfilled.

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and customer care strategies to enhance the overall homeowner experience.

Requirements
  • A degree in Real Estate, Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in strata-titled residential property management or customer relations in real estate is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of BMSMA, LTSA, and regulatory frameworks affecting strata developments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong follow-through capabilities.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong service mindset and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
