Responsibilities
- Support and continuously enhance Oracle Cloud ERP to meet the organization’s evolving business needs.
- Provide expert functional support for Oracle ERP by collaborating with business leads and stakeholders. Ensure system reliability through proactive maintenance, issue resolution, configuration updates, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business objectives and requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Analyze, document, and refine functional specifications while conducting thorough testing and debugging to support enterprise applications and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to execute projects and provide continuous support for existing functionalities.
- Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Contribute to project estimations, design reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 7–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly within Supply Chain modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, Logistics, Procurement, and other related functionalities.
- Prior experience with discrete manufacturing business processes is highly preferred.
- Must stay up to date with Oracle’s quarterly releases, effectively communicate system updates, and train business users to maximize value and enhance operational performance.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP’s security model is required.
- Proven leadership qualities, with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
- Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with management, colleagues, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player capable of working across functional teams, with a strong interest in integrating third-party system technologies.
Ability to provide excellent customer support internally and externally, including translating technical concepts for non-technical users
