Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and source materials, equipment, and services from suppliers.

  • Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate for cost-effective procurement

  • Generate purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and ensure timely updates of order status in the system

  • Ensure POs, invoices, and delivery orders are properly documented and attached with the necessary supporting documents

  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, including quantity, unit rates, and data integrity in the procurement system

  • Maintain records of company assets, track usage, and support asset allocation processes

  • Perform filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required

  • Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document handling and data entry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with procurement systems is an advantage

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
