  • Working days : Monday to Friday

  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote sales of new trucks within the area of responsibility.

  • To achieve and exceed assigned sales target and customer development target through focus on value-based customer acquisition and development.

  • To maintain, foster and cultivate long term business relationship by understanding and anticipating existing and new customers’ needs and priorities.

  • To perform according to company direction in terms of customer segment, product mix and price level.

  • To develop customer growth and loyalty through Customer Management (CM) way of working by providing continuous support and customer assistance.

  • To develop and implement business and account sales by understanding prospects’ fleet requirement, operation and unfulfilled needs.

  • To perform day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, prepare quote, negotiate offer, acquiring orders etc)

  • To collaborate within Sales Department (Both Sales & Operations) to ensure vehicle delivery is on time.

  • To participate in Customer Vehicle Handover Ceremony when necessary.

  • To establish relationship with bank institution and bodybuilders for sales closure.

  • To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

  • To report sales performances on a weekly basis i.e. customer database, visitation plan, sales prospects and market situation.

  • To support and manage Truck Account Receivable in timely manner.

  • Other ad-hoc matter as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above

  • Possess minimum 3 years working experience in trucks or heavy machinery industries or parts sales

  • Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
