Job Description

  1. Representing clients: Acting as an intermediary between tenants and landlords, ensuring their interests are protected.

  2. Providing guidance: Advising tenants on market trends, pricing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

  3. Conducting property viewings: Arranging and accompanying tenants during property visits.

  4. Facilitating negotiations: Assisting tenants in negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contract terms.

  5. Handling paperwork: Preparing and submitting necessary documents for transactions.

  6. Networking and building relationships: Developing a network of tenants and referral partners.

  7. After-sales service: Assisting with repair arrangements and other needs during the tenancy period.

Job Requirements

  1. Possession of a valid real estate license (CEA).

  2. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license; owning a vehicle is a plus.

  3. Experience in real estate management is preferred.

  4. Flexible, good communicator, and customer-oriented.

  5. Proactive, initiative-driven, and hardworking.

  6. Good personality and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Commission-based earnings.

  2. Work location: CBD area.

  3. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

  4. Company vehicle provided.
