Job Description
Representing clients: Acting as an intermediary between tenants and landlords, ensuring their interests are protected.
Providing guidance: Advising tenants on market trends, pricing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Conducting property viewings: Arranging and accompanying tenants during property visits.
Facilitating negotiations: Assisting tenants in negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contract terms.
Handling paperwork: Preparing and submitting necessary documents for transactions.
Networking and building relationships: Developing a network of tenants and referral partners.
After-sales service: Assisting with repair arrangements and other needs during the tenancy period.
Job Requirements
Possession of a valid real estate license (CEA).
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license; owning a vehicle is a plus.
Experience in real estate management is preferred.
Flexible, good communicator, and customer-oriented.
Proactive, initiative-driven, and hardworking.
Good personality and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based earnings.
Work location: CBD area.
Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Company vehicle provided.
Annual leave: 14 days.
