Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to our clients' unique needs. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect and ensuring the continuous growth and development of their employees. The Corporate Trainer will also become certified as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, delivering critical MHFA training to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace and community.

• Deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to client requirements.
• Facilitate interactive and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Complete certification to become a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor.
• Deliver MHFA training to clients, promoting mental health awareness and providing essential skills to support individuals in workplaces and communities
• Develop engaging content and training materials
• Stay updated with industry trends, new training methods, and best practices to continuously improve training offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate internally with various teams to ensure training and consultancy solutions address specific organisational challenges.
• Provide Organisational Wellbeing and Development Psychology for corporate clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or Master in Counselling
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools, including virtual training platforms.
• Experience in consulting and working with a variety of industries.
