Job description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer (Interaction) to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You'll define how users interact with our digital products, designing flows, interfaces, and prototypes that are both effective and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

1. Drive user research to uncover key user goals, behaviors, and needs
2. Build insightful user and domain models from research data
3. Define and communicate target user experience scenarios and stories
4. Articulate user-centric product capabilities, requirements, and interaction success criteria
5. Design intuitive system structures, behaviors, information flows, and workflows
6. Test and refine the product through research to ensure user goal achievement and task completion
7. Foster a strong understanding and empathy for the user perspective within the team

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications), HCI, or equivalent experience
2. 2+ years of experience in UX Design
3. Ability to propose user-centered design solutions balancing desirability, viability, and feasibility
4. Solid understanding of underlying technology and mediums
5. Portfolio of shipped and in-use digital projects
6. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe CS)
7. Collaborative team player with a creative and strategic mindset
8. Strong presentation and active listening skills
9. Open-minded, explorative, and adaptable approach
