Salary: Basic up to $2900 + Transport Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

Our client is a global leader in third-party logistics that specializes in delivering and managing transportation and supply chain solutions for both national and multinational corporations
Entry level role ; full training will be provided
Job Scope:
Daily Operations:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders.
Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings, ensuring compliance with specified routing and service levels.
Oversee transport execution to ensure all supply chain stakeholders adhere to established work standards and instructions.
Request & Incident Management:
Address customer requests and manage supply chain disruptions or incidents.
Escalate issues to supervisors and relevant stakeholders promptly as they arise.
Visibility & Event Management:
Ensure timely and accurate tracking updates (milestones) from suppliers and carriers.
Follow up on missing tracking events and resolve data inconsistencies.
Reporting & Performance Measurement:
Assist supervisors in preparing reports, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Supplier Management:
Support the onboarding of new suppliers to ensure adherence to global order processes, event tracking, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Process Governance:
Comply with all relevant SOPs, work instructions, and job-specific procedures.
Assist in implementing process or policy changes as directed by process owners.
Job Requirements:
Qualification in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates with a logistics or supply chain-related educational background may be considered.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of supply chain management concepts and logistics processes.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours (evenings/weekends) for urgent or emergency shipments.
