Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Desktop / Workplace Deployment Manager to oversee the deployment of end-user technologies as part of campus builds and office refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the setup of desktop and workplace technologies, ensuring seamless transitions during multi-phase user community moves. Scope includes hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and UAT.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute deployment of desktop systems and peripherals.
2. Collaborate with IT teams and Project Managers to align with timelines and objectives.
3. Install, configure, and test hardware and software to meet user requirements.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot deployment-related issues.
5. Document deployment processes with accurate records of installation and configuration.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for IT deployments.
7. Train and support end-users, including coordinating UATs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in desktop deployment and support, including campus installs across multiple business units.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, including documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working within multi-national and financial services environments.
