Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Consultant at Echo Technical, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our clients' digital assets. You will work closely with clients to understand their security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and develop customized solutions to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to our clients in implementing industry best practices for cyber security.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of clients' IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and applications.
• Identify vulnerabilities and potential security risks and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Develop and implement customized security solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
• Configure and deploy security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
• Conduct security awareness training sessions for clients' employees to educate them about cyber threats and best practices for maintaining security.
• Monitor clients' systems for security breaches and respond promptly to incidents.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and protocols.
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
