The Telesales Executive Role
As the first and key point of contact for new customers, the Telesales Executive’s role will be crucial in establishing a positive first impression of the Quotz brand. Your responsibilities will include prospecting warm leads, handling all inbound inquiries related to our services, nurturing customer relationships via timely follow-up, and driving overall sales. The ideal candidate should be goal-driven, possess good phone etiquette, and be able to engage effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers over the phone and in person. No experience in the automotive industry is required as on-the-job training will be provided, but a high willingness to learn will ensure you succeed in the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Inbound sales calls via leads generated
• Attending to customers’ requirements, enquiries and feedback via calls, emails and message
• Management of customer relationship via followups
• Work closely with Team Lead to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer / Management
Requirements:
· ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma holders welcome to apply
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Good command of English and conversational Mandarin
· Good to have but not compulsory - Previous Telesales / Call Centers / Telemarketing / Customer Service experiences (Training willing be provided)
