Executive, Clinical Operations (Integrated Care)

Family Group: Administration

  • JOB PURPOSE

The Executive supports Clinical Departments within the Division of Integrated & Continuing Care by developing services and processes to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

  • Work with various Operations teams to drive the following areas:
  • Program design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Data collection, monitoring, and analysis
  • Procurement
  • MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific

  • Main Work Streams
  • Program design, implementation, and evaluation

Support the development and implementation of clinical services, programs, and care pathways in the Division of Integrated & Continuing Care, collaborating with clinicians and partners. These include:

  • Model of care development
  • Planning and innovating clinical operations to implement new programs
  • Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology, and other requirements needed for implementation

Data collection, monitoring, and analysis

  • Perform data collection, analysis, and management to streamline reporting of BAU processes
  • Coordinate data efforts for reporting to WH Management, NHG, MOH/MOHT, and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders for data report submission

Procurement

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for procurement activities related to medical and non-medical equipment, including hospital-wide standardization and workflow integration
  • Prepare proposal papers for approval processes such as pre-sourcing, evaluation, and award
  • Manage timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items

Strategic Development

  • Support strategic planning and development for Continuing and Integrated Care Enterprise
  • Foster partnerships with internal leaders, clinical leadership, NHG HQ, and external community partners
  • Provide secretariat support for committee and workgroup meetings
  • Plan and innovate programs to future-proof the community care ecosystem, emphasizing financial and process efficiencies

General

  • Assist with other WH-related projects and tasks as directed by the Reporting Officer and/or Director, Integrated Care

Job Requirements

Education / Training / Experience

  • University Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • At least 2 years of related experience in operations or services, preferably in healthcare
