• Prepare monthly inventory reports and liaise with departments on shipment issues.

Job Description:

• Reply inquiry/allocation to Sales personnel based on the supply availability.

• Monthly download Sales and Inventory report via PowerBI and update the short time planning (STP) dashboard.

• Prepare month end inventory report and aged report for submission.

• Liaise closely with Sales, Production, Customer Service Representative and Logistics department to follow up on allocation and shipment issues.

• Prepare production packaging plan based on the supply outlook and create Process Orders in GSAP.

Job Requirement :

• 2-3 years working experience in planning or product management

• strong in Excel skills, including know-how in Pivot table and v lookup function
