Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure & Security Team Lead to oversee our core IT infrastructure and ensure the integrity, security, and availability of our systems and data.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and strong people management skills to lead a team responsible for network operations, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning.

Main Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all IT infrastructure.

• Manage on-premises and cloud resources efficiently.

2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain security frameworks, controls, and policies.

• Lead incident response efforts and conduct root cause analysis of security breaches.

• Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.

• Manage identity and access management (IAM), endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.

3. Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA).

• Monitor system logs, security alerts, and audit trails for anomalies or unauthorized activities.

• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.

4. Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure and cybersecurity professionals.

• Develop and execute IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage infrastructure and security projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.

• Establish policies and best practices for system reliability, performance, and security.

Requirements

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security roles, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (firewalls, routing, switching).

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS.

• Familiarity with DevOps, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.

4. Certifications (Good to have)

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent.

• Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or other relevant vendor certifications.

5. Personal Attributes

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
