Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to join our Government Digital Technology (GDT) Division. The ideal candidate will support the coordination of leadership/executive-level events and enhance the division’s operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Management:
  • Coordinate executive-level forums and leadership events
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Planning & Administration:
    • Optimize digital platforms and collaboration tools for efficient meeting scheduling and resource allocation
    • Administer and analyze surveys/polls to support operations planning
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Co-lead or support initiatives to streamline processes
    • Support the division’s digital presence on internal platforms
    • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for resource management
  • Process Automation:
    • Leverage platforms and tools to automate routine tasks
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the division
    Required Qualifications:
    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or operations management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Familiarity with government administration processes is advantageous
