Job Description
Provide day-to-day reception and administrative support to the office.
Handle call from external party.
Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data documents collected.
Maintain proper filing of documentation and records.
Prepare MISC quotation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/ Management.
Job Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented and able to work well with people at all levels.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Willing to learn.
No experience required.
Salary and job title commensurate according to relevance of work experience and qualifications. Entry level candidate who are proficient in MS Office are welcome to apply as on-job training will be provided. Candidate with more experience will be considered for executive role.
