Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.

Communications & Partnerships teamdrives strategic communications and cultivates strong partnerships with key stakeholders to further the school's mission.
As a
Senior Executive, Communications & Partnerships, your Impact and Contribution include:
Driving engagement with the organisation's key stakeholders through compelling communications, particularly in digital and social media, and expanding the organisation's brand presence and reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance the organisation's brand and narrative with external and internal stakeholders
- Craft compelling and engaging content, including media materials, speeches and multimedia materials for owned and earned media
- Assist in identifying, developing and maintaining key touch points to cultivate and deepen relationships with key partners, including overseeing and coordinating corporate volunteer management programmes and school visits
- Assist in planning, organising and executing key events and materials to ensure seamless brand representation and messaging
- Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including presentations, photo and video assets
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, partner engagement and/or events preferred
- Possess strong command of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong technical skills and experience with online and social media platforms, as well as content creation tools (i.e design/photo and video editing)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with people of various management levels
- Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
- Genuine desire to serve the special needs community
