Job description

What the role is:

Some of the work duties are:- Managing of calendars and scheduling of meetings and events for multiple Directors- Manage Principals' petty cash such as transport, travel claims etc and travel arrangements- Answering of phone calls and emails' queries- Perform other administrative/ logistical support duties as required

What we are looking for:

Candidate must possess/be:- Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC or GCE 'A' certificate- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as PA or Secretary to Senior Management Staff in Public/ Civil Service agencies- Strong communication skills- Ability to multi-task and work independently- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Tactful and should exercise discretion in day to day interaction with Senior Management staff
