Project manage all contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates;
Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors;
Coordinate with government agencies on development issues;
Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and provide appropriate solutions;
Ensure quality tender documents with all necessary requirements;
Deliver buildings and infrastructure on time and cost-effectively;
Be accountable for the project construction schedule, safety, and housekeeping of the site;
Perform other necessary administrative tasks related to development.

Job Requirements

Background in Electrical Engineering;
Preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or contracting firms;
A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
