Broad Function

To manage and maintain the health of building systems servers located in WH Server rooms and ensure compliance with Medical Device and Operational Technology Security Policy. The candidate is responsible for maintaining the solution, handling new requests on infrastructure, responding to changes, and managing incident tickets.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Handle the day-to-day IT tasks related to the deployed building system solutions.
2. Maintain the solution to meet maintenance agreements and respond to any production incidents, security incidents, or change requests.
3. Have a good understanding of how IT infrastructure works to ensure the solution follows best infrastructure practices.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

Education / Training / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience for Engineer position in data center IT infrastructure or system design.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience for Senior Engineer position in data center IT infrastructure or system design.
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, FM. Good understanding of infra tools such as monitoring, automation, patching, and file transfer tools.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, and Backup is essential.
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and ESX systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure data-center operations is an advantage.
