Responsibilities
- Handle premium notice and renewal; ensure the client's premium is paid and the policy renewed.
- Follow up on the claim with the insurer, hospital, and clinic.
- Client Servicing - Birthday Listing of Client.
- Do Insurance and Investment Submission-Related Paperwork.
- Prepare Investment and Insurance Documents for Client Review.
- Prepare Investment and Insurance Documents for Client Review on the insurer portal.
- Take calls and assist clients with queries by checking with the superior or account manager of the insurer.
- Update Monthly Expenses.
- Mail Documents.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields.
- Proficient in MS Office.
