Position Title: Production Supervisor

Salary:

$2200 - $3000

Location:

Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working Days:

5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
  1. Able to lead, train, and coach team members.
  2. Manage daily production, including purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedules.
  3. Willing to learn and participate in the entire production process from start to finish.
  4. Perform cleaning and troubleshooting of production machines.
  5. Responsible for the entire manufacturing process from purchase, withdrawal, issue, to handover to the warehouse.
  6. Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.
  7. Update, record, and maintain ISO documentation.
  8. Handle internal and external audit processes and documentation.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production runs as scheduled.
  10. Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by superiors or management.
Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; advantageous.
  2. At least 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  3. Ability to train and coach team members and handle client/associate queries.
