My client is a global leader in modern wireless lighting control solutions based on Bluetooth Low Energy. Their innovative ecosystem includes luminaires, drivers, sensors, switches, and other components that can be integrated into lighting fixtures or installed separately. With their user-friendly mobile application, lighting professionals and end-users alike can easily create adaptable, responsive lighting environments. revolutionizing how lighting control systems are deployed through their award-winning wireless & hybrid solutions. As they expand their presence across the Asia-Pacific region, they are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional marketing communications strategies aligned with global brand guidelines
Create engaging content for multiple channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases
Manage regional digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across APAC
Cultivate relationships with media contacts and industry influencers
Adapt global marketing materials to suit regional market needs and cultural considerations
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted materials that support their efforts
Track and report on marketing metrics and ROI
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in technology or B2B sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong content creation skills across various formats and platforms
Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Understanding of the lighting industry, architectural products, or related technical fields (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Willingness to travel within the APAC region (approximately 20%)
