Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.
• Overall in-charge of site planning, operations/activities, including ERSS, excavation works, and coordination.
• Ensure site access and logistics are in order at all times.
• Oversee engineers, coordinators, and supervisors to ensure effective communication, proper transmission of information, and professional conduct on site. Conduct site meetings as required regarding site and subcontractor issues.
• Ensure adherence to company ISO, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Maintain safety standards on site.
• Monitor and coordinate Structural, Architectural, and M&E works to align progress with the project schedule.
• Closely monitor site progress, troubleshoot constraints, and expedite work. Perform routine site inspections to resolve issues with engineers, coordinators, and supervisors.
• Monitor and coordinate with the Contract & Purchase Department to ensure timely awarding of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the construction of mock-up units and trade demonstrations, ensuring work quality.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the company and on various projects.
