What You'll Do:

Criteo is seeking an organized and self-motivated Account Executive to join our sales team and expand Criteo's advertising business in Southeast Asia.
You will source, develop, and manage client relationships from initial prospecting and negotiation stages through to contract execution.

You will develop new client relationships, monitor and optimize existing campaigns to increase revenue and margins, and cultivate strong, productive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect, penetrate, and establish new relationships with advertisers.
  2. Develop relationships at all levels, including C-suite, Marketing Executives, and Ecommerce Managers.
  3. Grow revenue aggressively and track client and agency retention.
  4. Manage your portfolio of client relationships to increase revenues.
  5. Build long-term customer relationships and maximize ROI through consultative sales and effective account management.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, integration, traffic) to support sales efforts.
  7. Exceed sales goals while contributing to overall team objectives.
  8. Support sales activities and reporting.
  9. Maintain data integrity within in-house sales tools.
  10. Gather customer feedback to enhance Criteo’s products and services.
Who You Are:
  • BA/BS degree; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business, and growing existing accounts, especially with strategic brands and enterprise clients.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in direct client relationships within online performance media (affiliate, email, search, etc.).
  • Ability to resolve advertiser/agency issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, and ad operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of Southeast Asian business culture and regional experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude.
