Job Summary

Responsible to conduct Family Life Education and counselling related work

Principal Responsibilities

• Conducting Family Life Education programmes and consultations.

• Ensuring the necessary administration requirements are done and submitted for programmes.

• Coaching programme officers for work competency and growth.

• Developing curriculum as necessary.

• Meeting the specified KPIs.

• Working with team to maintain and expand outreach efforts.

• Any other work related responsibilities as specified by supervisor.

Working Conditions:

• 5 day work week: Mon-Fri

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Counselling / Psychology / Social Work / Sociology or related

• (Parenting) Triple P / Signpost / Purposeful Play

• (Marriage Support) Accreditation in PE / MPP / PREP/ PEMEP etc

• Able to do one to one consultations and group work

• Curriculum development

• Ability to tap on social media to promote programmes and educate public on family life education
