Job Summary
Responsible to conduct Family Life Education and counselling related work
Principal Responsibilities
Conducting Family Life Education programmes and consultations.
Ensuring the necessary administration requirements are done and submitted for programmes.
Coaching programme officers for work competency and growth.
Developing curriculum as necessary.
Meeting the specified KPIs.
Working with team to maintain and expand outreach efforts.
Any other work related responsibilities as specified by supervisor.
Working Conditions:
5 day work week: Mon-Fri

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Counselling / Psychology / Social Work / Sociology or related
(Parenting) Triple P / Signpost / Purposeful Play
(Marriage Support) Accreditation in PE / MPP / PREP/ PEMEP etc
Able to do one to one consultations and group work
Curriculum development
Ability to tap on social media to promote programmes and educate public on family life education
