Job Description

  • Attend and follow through on inquiries.

  • Handle customer service and client relations, complaints and related matters.

  • Clients visit for home visit consultation when required

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and client care on the CRM and other company systems.

  • Build rapport, generate reports, and collect feedback on the standards, effectiveness, and efficiency of company personnel and products.

  • Responsible for data analysis, generating, reviewing, and preparing trend reports, updates on key business metrics, and providing insights that drive decision-making

  • Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.

  • Involves and participates in projects relating to the business growth and improvements

  • Prepare and conduct internal training based on business needs when required

  • Foster positive communication and collaboration among different teams and departments to ensure cohesiveness.

  • Assist the Head on Operations with daily operations, including checking, monitoring, analysis, preparation of business slides, reports and documents.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry, especially in-home care services.

  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.

  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.

Compensation

  • 5.5 days; Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
