Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our organization's Quality Management Systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in quality management within a warehousing or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the QHSE Department in daily quality assurance operations.
2. Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Monitor and address quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
4. Conduct internal audits and serve as the designated QHSE Internal Auditor.
5. Coordinate and facilitate external audits with relevant stakeholders.
6. Work closely with various teams to resolve quality nonconformities.
7. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
8. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
9. Communicate with external parties regarding quality matters and compliance requirements.
10. Assist with additional tasks as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Science).
2. At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in warehousing or logistics.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex quality-related issues.
4. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 13485, GDPMDS, GDP, GFSI) is an advantage.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Independent, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
8. Able to work under pressure and travel locally between sites when necessary.
