Procurement Manager (Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and implement best practices in contract, procurement, tender, commercial, and vendor management, focusing on construction projects.
  2. Assess and mitigate vendor risks.
  3. Ensure EPCm contractor delivers procurement services aligned with project schedules, ethics, and processes.
  4. Manage procurement, logistics, import requirements, and long lead equipment during EPCM stage.
  5. Lead a team of external resources for planning, sourcing, evaluation, award, and logistics management.
  6. Prepare tender recommendation reports.
  7. Apply consistent contract structures, pricing models, incentives, SLAs, performance indicators, and cost models across vendors.
  8. Advise on contract interpretation, variations, and change orders.
  9. Assist project teams in contractual management, negotiations, and claims handling.
  10. Manage contractual notices and minimize dispute risks.
  11. Oversee the overall contract program and subcontractor work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management/Engineering, Procurement, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial, high-tech manufacturing, or semiconductor projects.
  • Experience leading procurement and supply chain activities for greenfield projects in Asia.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
