Job description

You will be part of the HR partner team to provide wide spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and exit management. You will also be involved in adhoc projects/assignments.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned job groups, such as crafting job advertisements, shortlisting profiles, scheduling/attending interviews, offer management and new hire onboarding and induction

· Oversee the exit process, including conducting exit interviews

· Facilitate retirement and re-employment processes

· Manage employee transitions (promotions, transfers, secondments)

· Advise and work with HODs to deploy a range of suitable tools in managing staff issues

· Ensure compliance with Employment Act and any other employment laws and regulations

· Provides HR consulting and advisory services to HODs and staff on HR policies and procedures interpretation

· Other duties and projects assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

· Degree in Business Administration or related field

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· Good interpersonal skills and able to relate well with people at all levels

· Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills

· Meticulous and able to work independently

· Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
