The Position

We are seeking an experienced buyer to join our merchandising team. You will work closely with senior buyers, vendors, and the marketing team to enhance the sell-out of brand products.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan daily merchandising activities such as product replenishment, forecasting, promotion and campaign planning, and follow-up on claims with vendors.
  2. Oversee visual merchandising plans with the operations team and marketing strategies with the marketing team.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to boost product sell-out.
  4. Participate in trade-show operations and planning.
  5. Monitor order status and incoming shipments to ensure continuous supply supporting operations.
  6. Manage supplier performance to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  7. Maintain stock levels at retail outlets and ensure complete and sufficient product ranges.
  8. Update and maintain the inventory database following company SOPs.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned or instructed by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in consumer electronic devices and accessories.
  2. Diploma in a related discipline or relevant certification.
  3. Effective communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
