Job description

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of applications and systems, as well as IT production and management of the Bank's technical infrastructures.

· Lead technological innovation by providing technical and functional support for development activities and projects within the Corporate and Investment Banking sectors in an international environment.

· Design and develop AI/IA Generative models, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring. Select appropriate models and techniques based on data and project objectives.

· Establish MLOps / LLMOps infrastructure by defining and implementing a robust architecture to manage the full lifecycle of AI and Generative AI models, automating development, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.

· Contribute to the development of REST APIs, internal POCs, and maintenance of embeddings. Ensure proper documentation and support handover processes.

· Collaborate closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand needs, translate issues into scientific questions, and communicate results effectively.

· Coordinate with Cloud Centre of Excellence and Infrastructure teams to address project requirements.

Qualifications and Profile

Candidates should have:

• 2 to 7 years minimum experience in developing AI/ML technology solutions
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps
• Knowledge of data management practices for cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data sets
• Mastery of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge of GEN AI and LLM technologies on public Cloud using RAG patterns
• Understanding of ethical principles for generating embeddings for GenAI
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, and DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker)
