Job description

Position: Finance & Admin Executive
  • Location: Tuas

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting

  • At least 2 years of finance, accounting, or reporting experience

  • Experience with PEACHTREE Accounting Software is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Responsibilities:
  1. Finance

    • Handle day-to-day transaction processing for Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger to ensure accurate and complete accounting records, including:
    • Accurate data entry into accounting software
    • Petty cash payments
    • Bank reconciliations and monitoring receipts
    • Processing expense claims
    • Managing petty cash and travel advances
    • Preparing quotations for customers
    • Updating labour costs via timesheets
    • Preparing reports for month-end closing
    • Processing payroll
  2. Admin

    • Manage general communications, including mail, deliveries, and couriers
    • Manage office supplies and stationery
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, visa applications, and invitation letters
    • Cover for the Finance & Admin Manager during absence
    • Perform other related tasks as reasonably expected
