We are a leading internet gaming enterprise that has been deeply engaged in the global internet gaming field. Our business covers game development and distribution. Due to business development needs, we are now recruiting a Financial Accountants for the Singapore region.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in consolidated financial reporting and tax management to oversee the preparation of group financial statements, tax compliance, and strategic tax planning. This role ensures accurate and timely financial consolidation while optimizing tax efficiency to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consolidated Financial Reporting

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • Review subsidiary financial data, resolve accounting discrepancies, and align accounting policies across entities.

  • Process consolidation adjustments (e.g., equity investments) and prepare footnote disclosures.

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide supporting documentation and explanations.

2. Tax Compliance & Advisory

  • Manage end-to-end tax filings for the group and affiliates (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, etc.), ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  • Monitor changes in tax regulations, assess business impacts, and implement compliance strategies.

  • Develop tax optimization initiatives (e.g., transfer pricing, tax incentive applications) to reduce effective tax rates.

  • Represent the company during tax audits, prepare defense materials, and resolve disputes with authorities.

3. Process Improvement & Analysis

  • Analyze consolidated financial data to generate actionable insights for senior management.

  • Streamline financial consolidation processes and enhance automation in ERP systems.

  • Strengthen tax risk controls, including invoice management and input tax verification procedures.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.

  • Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years in consolidated financial reporting or group finance, with hands-on experience in consolidation tools.

    • 2+ years in tax compliance, planning, or advisory roles, familiar with Tax System.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software proficiency. Knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus.

    • In-depth understanding of international tax laws and frameworks (e.g.,cross-border transactions).

  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
