Position Overview:
We are seeking a poised and customer-focused Retail Executive to join this heritage brand’s boutique team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in luxury retail, especially in fine jewellery or high-end fashion, who take pride in delivering outstanding service to discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to VIP and walk-in clients

  • Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM and clienteling strategies

  • Support sales goals and drive team performance

  • Provide excellence in after-sales service

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily boutique operations

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of luxury retail experience (jewellery or high-end brands preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and delivering high-end service
