About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Assistant to join our team at Rising Technologies Pte Ltd in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organised support in our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth running of our storage and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming stock and materials in a timely and accurate manner
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse environment
• Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as stock-taking and stock rotation
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the wider logistics team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory control software would be an advantage
