Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in Tray Assembly for the presetting of meal trays.
• Monitor the presetting schedule and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Acknowledge flight advice or movements.
• Interpret airline menu summaries and ensure photo specifications are updated accordingly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Documentation, Cabin, Production, Duty Manager).
• Monitor the performance of service crew and contractors.
• Conduct briefings to preset team on discrepancies and work instructions.
• Plan staff rosters and deployment.
• Utilize PCs and related systems, read worksheets, and respond to emails.
• Investigate discrepancies.
• Manage ordering based on load requirements, stock control, and FIFO principles.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and Medina food safety standards.
• Train new staff on preset procedures.
• Demonstrate decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
• Promote team-building within the workplace.
