Apple is seeking an outstanding Information Security Engineer to support our vulnerability management program in Singapore (APAC). This will be a technical hands-on role in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be working on identifying vulnerabilities and partnering with various compliance/regulatory teams and application owners to drive remediation.

Key Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the security posture by identifying, scoping and prioritizing remediation of vulnerabilities across Apple.
  • Support compliance engagements across various business units to meet the audit requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance for resolution of reported vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership with team responsible for patching.
  • Drive continual improvement and innovation to current process.
  • Very good understanding of large-scale security solutions for cloud deployments.
  • Experience with creating custom dashboards for reporting security posture to leadership.
  • Experience with Python, Go and/or bash scripting.
  • Experience with SQL, databricks and Splunk. spark programming
  • Self starter to support a global team.
  • Ability to track multiple parallel activities.
  • Good communication skills and high standard of ethics.
  • Requirement for on-call rotation.
Description

You will join a team that is responsible for shielding Apple’s systems from security risks and always keep abreast on emerging security vulnerabilities. You will need to have strong technical background and great level of interest in network, system and cloud security. The role also require adapting to changing priorities and ability to multitask.

Education & Experience
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security
  • 3 years of related experience within vulnerability management.
