Job description

Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
Location: Novena Area
Work Days: 5.5 Work Week, 8am – 6pm; 8am-12noon
Salary: $3000 – $5000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability)

Responsibilities:

Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
Conduct RFQ and perform cost comparison
Review subcontractor’s progress claim and issue payment certificate.
Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW, etc.) for subcontract selection.
Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager.
Process and manage internal processes (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.)
Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in Civil/LTA Project underground project
Familiar with AutoCAD 2D/3D
Fluent in English (Written/Spoken)
Proficiency in Excel and Word
