What the role is:
We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented team player with the perseverance to drive developmental projects to completion.As part of the HR Talent, Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management frameworks for high-potential employees, coordinating talent management initiatives across various agencies, and maintaining analytics databases to track performance and potential.
What you will be working on:
• Support the design and implementation of structured talent management framework and development paths which balances the needs of the employees as well as the current and future business needs of the organisation and the Public Service.• Research, evaluate and propose technology solutions to enhance talent management processes• Design and track key metrics to assess programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement• Identify and align learning opportunities with individual development needs• Provide guidance on career development pathways and support employees in achieving their career goals• Track employee progression along development paths• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of development activities• Organise and facilitate talent review meetings and discussions
What we are looking for:
• A degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to talent management• Understanding of talent management principles and practices• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation• Proactive problem-solving approach• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
About Urban Redevelopment Authority
