Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, and networked or wireless systems.
• Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
• Act as the company liaison with customers for administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics and equipment-related matters with customers.
• Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor product performance, provide regular updates, and report on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer complaints to management for future improvements.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of semiconductor equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Available for standby work after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays.
